it is simple easy to use ,love it,and it has all the basic features you get on more expencieve phones, This is an OK phone. It is compact and light. Battery is a bit small, but holds a decent charge. I live in a smallish house, and the phone works in every part, unlike my last cordless which frequently dropped out while I was in my room. Buttons are fairly big and are back-lit, which is nice. Audio quality is good, but not great. Answering machine works as it should. For some reason the battery charge indicator graphic on the phones screen always shows it as being close to depleted regardless of actual charge level. It's an OK phone, worth its price, but if you can afford to spend a little more on a better product ...
