I purchased this to replace my two older phones. I set the main unit by my desk, one hand set in the kitchen and the other in the bed room, exactly what I needed. The sound quality is excellent, the loudness is good enough even in a noisy room. The large size numbers and letters on the screen are easy to read. The most impressive part is the intuitive menu and button design. So far, I have not read the instruction and was able to figure everything out, included installations. A well thought out product.
